Shipping policy

At Max and Lucy's Retail Bakery, we are committed to providing our customers with a convenient and reliable shipping experience for our freshly baked goods. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy, which outlines important information about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Schedule
We ship our baked goods every Wednesday. All orders received by 6pm (local time) on Tuesday will be included in that week's shipment. Orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Wednesday.
2. Shipping Carrier
We exclusively use FedEx 2-Day shipping for all orders. This service ensures that your baked goods are delivered in a timely and reliable manner.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states of the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations at this time.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a FedEx tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the FedEx website.
6. Delivery Time
FedEx 2-Day shipping means that your order should arrive within two business days from the day it is shipped. Please note that the delivery timeline is calculated from the shipment date (Wednesday) and does not include weekends or holidays.
7. Address Accuracy
It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues that result from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
8. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, occasional shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues) can occur. Max and Lucy's Retail Bakery cannot be held responsible for such delays, but we will work with you to address any issues that may arise.
